Save the RVCC Children's Campus!

Please do not close the children’s camp!!

Please save this valuable program!

The children need our help. This facility does so much for the community and care for the children they serve greatly.

The RVCC Children’s Campus provided an amazing experience for my two older daughters, Sophia and Abby. The teachers and staff were so welcoming during their years at RVCC, and provided a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow in. I cannot imagine the Children’s Campus closing its’ doors at the end of this semester. It is truly heartbreaking that future students will not have the opportunity to attend to this school. At a time where quality childcare is necessary and hard to find, one cannot help but feel like the college administration is abandoning the needs of our community. I truly hope the administration decides to do what is best for the staff and students of the University, and keep the center open.

Please strongly reconsider the decision to potentially close the Children’s Campus. This is an extremely well-run facility that offers high quality experiences for children. These experiences support children, enourage them to be curious, kind, life-long learners and helps them prepare for kindergarten. The center is beautiful on the inside and out - always very clean, organized, updated and held to very high standards by Cathy and all lead and supporting staff. It would be a huge disappointment and loss for the center to close. Not only for the children, but for their families, staff of the center, and RVCC students who will no longer have the opportunity to observe and learn from an incredible bunch of educators. Please keep the Children’s Campus open!

This is a valuable learning resource, please keep it open.

Dear President McDonough and members of the RVCC Board of Trustees I kindly request that the chilcare be kept open since many children need a safe, professional place where the children can interact with each other so that their growth will be healthy while their parents work or study. please take into consideration all our requests. This place provides an amazing place for children to grow and learn in a loving and caring environment, it also provides a wonderful place for us college students to get hands on learning and employment, working here was one of the best jobs i had and it should remain to provide the same opportunities for years to come

Es un lugar de formación a través del juego para los hijos de estudiantes que no cuentan con otros recursos para cuidar a sus hijos...además fomenta la formación de la comunidad de la región..Antes de cerrar es mejor buscar alternativas de solución para continuar apoyando a los niños,futuro de una gran nacion

I live in Colombia but my nephew used to attend this campus and he loved to be there with his friends. I know he is safe and happy there.

Quality early care and education are critical for students, staff and faculty. Closing Children's Campus will impose uncertainty and stress for so many families.

The kids love this school.

I was a day care employee for 7 years. The children benefitted from a safe environment to fellowship and learn while their parents had peace of mind knowing their children were well being cared for. I urge you to reconsider your decision to close your facility.

It would be such a shame to close this children's daycare center. It's nice to know people have an amazing place for there children to go especially while getting an education and or working .

children's campus was invaluable to our sister and to our nephew's early childhood education!!

This childcare center was a beacon of hope in very dark days for me.

Please find a compromise to keep the Campus open.

Please keep the school open. The kids live it!

It is SO NEEDED in the community of RVCC!!!!!

Please preserve this program. Developmentally appropriate preschool is an investment in our future.
