Having lived in Cap Hill for about 15 years, the Roe Vue has always been an iconic part of the landscape. It improves the neighborhood, helps make it a desirable place to live, and is a highlight of daily living. Please don't gut our city.

Please protect this beautiful building! It kills me to see so much of Seattle's amazing history erased just for wealthy developers to profit.

Please protect this beautiful historic building. I do support density and microhousing, but this building is worth keeping.

I love this building! It is a HISTORIC LANDMARK and a city treasure. My parents lived there for many years in the 80s-90s. The apartments within are incredibly special in their original form. The community garden too, is unique.

Lived there ten years (1986 to 1996) in affordable two bedroom apartment. Adored courtyard, catalpa trees, fountain, view. Couldn't afford now, but it is a gem.

Please, reconsider! There is already too much ill-thought development in Capitol Hill, Seattle. This is a 'bad' idea.\

What the developers intend to do to this historic landmark should be a crime. Save the Roy Vue!

Please don't destroy a historical building for the sake of making more money. Every day more ugly my beloved city is becoming with the new condos and townhouses going up. There is no character here anymore and the city is becoming less and less interesting with no personality (much like the new people that move here).

I adore this building! I lived on Bellevue & E Harrison for 19 years and this was always one of my favorite spots. So beautiful. It has to be saved! It's irreplaceable! No pods! no no!

Create affordable housing in Seattle without gutting historical buildings to make smaller, over priced units.

I hate seeing timelessly beautiful old buildings get demolished to make room for new garbage. Almost as much as I hate micro-housing. I hope this petition helps keep the Roy Vue around!

We must protect the classic and historic character of Capitol Hill while preserving affordable housing in spaces fit for human habitation (not 'microhousing' cages).

This is a beautiful landmark and should be preserved at all costs. Quite honestly, we should look at preserving many of the beautiful brownstones on The Hill so that we do not become Vancouver.
