These steps are iconic and to change them would be to change the face of movie history!! I recently visited Philly with my kids from the UK just to run the 'Rocky Steps' I'm sure millions of other come from around the world to do the same!!

Please, do not alter The Rocky Steps! They are part of Americana and a source of hope for millions, not only in the United States, but across the world. In this day and age when we are all so desperate for a sign of hope, The Rocky Steps remain a source of just that for all of us. Please....

It would be a disaster for Philadelphia if the steps are removed,they mean so much to millions of Rocky fans around the world & taking these away will have a dramatic affect on the local economy!Please keep the Steps
