These steps were the reason I visited Philadelphia all the way from Edmonton last year. To alter them is to injure the entire cultural/art/athletic history of the city and its people.

The steps are already iconic and beautiful, why do we always feel the need to want for more? Keep the steps as they are!

Don't change the fate of history with the all time favorite iconic movie starring Sly Stallone. I'm sure Mr. Stallone himself will do something about this. Keep on punching!

Please don't do it! Isn't it a landmark? It should be so it can't be touched.

In 2011 I achieved a lifelong ambition and travelled from the UK to Philly to run up the Rocky Steps. When I got to the top, I proposed to my girlfriend. Cultural icon, historic movie location...call it whatever you want.Put simply, the Rocky steps means a lot to people from all over the world, and should be preserved!.
