Give players a guarantee on 30 pulls of at least one 5 star toon. I bet you'll see your revenue increase.

There's a serious lack of ethics involved with the current income generation setup in The Walking Dead: Road to Survival. Just because you can play off of people's impulse to gamble, doesn't mean you should. Charging large amounts of money to gamble for video game items and characters with horrendous odds for success, is obscene. Reasonable, set prices should be established for any in-app purchases. Either that or the odds should be clearly noted for all gambling options in the game, the cost of coins needs to be reduced, and odds need to be greatly improved.

I completely agree. The costs are outrageous and after spending hundreds of dollars, have nothing to show for it.

I am almost at a point in the game where it is pointless to play without spending an insane amount of money which I cannot do.

Spent close to $200 so far, keep getting the same three star characters. Come on now, all other games that offer coins for cash don't inflate their earnings. I'm very close to uninstalling this game if things don't change.

I agree with everything in this petition. This games blatant pay2win approach is disgusting and how Kirkman could allow scopley to tarnish TWD franchise with these tactics is, hell, I can't even think of an appropriate word to express my disappointment in him. This game needs a major overhaul to its coin system.

Pure greed that is ruining a perfectly good game. Blatant pay to play without it even paying off you could spend £100 and still only get a 3*. Support also don't give a sh*it about its players and our in game money keeps them in a job!

I once opened over 25 raid trainer bags and got nothing more than 2 star players. I've invested serious money in this game and got nothing ore than a 3 star. I've played tournaments where I haven't received the prizes only to be lied to by "support" saying they had credited me. Then saying they are unable to credit me even though I hit 2.7k in a tournament. They didn't even know what the prizes were and tried giving me safety helmets ?! They are jokers I have spoke to support 5 separate times now, each time explaining the issue yet they do nothing about it - the latest email just said "we regret to inform you that we are unable to credit your account" dispute being able to see me account and the prizes I was due and the scores achieved also ho valued of a player I am in terms and f money spent. The odds system is like playing a teddy bear grabbing machine at an arcade, it's set so low it's just blatant greed. It's gone from a great to to nothing better than a pay to play with seriously sh*t odds. I play for a top 10 faction and co lead so. See fist hand how backwards this game is and how little the developers care

I agree on this, whole heartedly. The ingame prices are ludicrous. If they guaranteed, by spending gold on premium players and weapons would grant you the characters you need, they would most definitely increase spending. I for one, will not be buying anymore gold until this dispute is addressed appropriately.
