Mitigation measures are direly needed otherwise the environmental disaster is inevitable . Rivers act as a natural balance towards the temperature in an area and disturbing natural flow, without mitigations, is simoly an attempt of mass genocide..... Drinking water, without treatment plant, is hazardously cancerous. Water treatment plants must be installed on emergency basis at two or these suitable locations otherwise cancer and other worst kinda diseases would be rampant. If nothing is addressed then it means we are waiting for an impending disaster and our generations would call us collaborators....
