as visitor to Walton-on-Thames to visit family, our regular haunt for lunch or dinner is the Regent, Great staff, great food and drink at affordable prices for both Adults and Children , it would be a shame to see it go. To see Wetherspoons opening up in Dublin where i live and seeing them closing back home its a shame..

Shocked that Wetherspoons could decide to close The Regent. A proper pub in the heart of Walton, always busy and surely making money. It would be a huge loss to the town if it goes. Think again Tim Martin!

I regularly use the Regent in the morning for breakfast and in the evening with my family for a meal and a pint being a great meeting place. The pub/restaurant always appears to be busy and very busy at the weekends.The only place in Walton where you can purchase a reasonably priced pint of good quality. I have made many friends there over the years where the staff are very professional and would be very sad to see it close. .

I regularly meet up with friends at the Regent. It has good food/drinks at a reasonable price and friendly staff. We would be really disappointed if it closes. Please think again!
