This pub really does cater for all walks of life from the local community - there's no other equivalent in the town. I'd be sorry to see it change in use.

I live locally and have been using the Regent regularly over many years. It's the only pub in the area that offers such a range of well-presented cask and craft ales at reasonable prices. Also, such a lovely building.

Regularly meet up with friends for drinks and food for catching up. This pub provides a relaxed atmosphere and fab range of beers and ales others do not.
