Chickens are a wonderfully rewarding back yard pet. Children, in particular, seem to enjoy them tremendously. Please allow chickens to be raised in the neighborhood.

I hate that ppl need to even petition for doing stuff on their own properties. Taxes are paid u should be able to do what you want
