This building would be an amazing centerpiece for a park at this end of the bridge. The site could possibly be cleaned using mycoremediation techniques.

I have been driving by this building all my life and even in it's present condition it's still a pleasent site. It's classic, a true Portland gem that everyone knows. I was just in San Francisco and was admiring all of their old architecture, and was glad Portland is ding the same, unlike Seattle. Where everything is now blocky and boring. I know 50 people off the bat that would help clean this thing.
