My boyfriends band have played here and it was a lovely atmosphere! The landlord was clearly passionate about supporting local musicians and it's a real shame that live music venues have died a death in Plymouth!

Live music is so important to musicians and for the ongoing continuance of the art form as a form of entertainment and just for the sheer enjoyment it brings.

What is wrong with people, this pub has been there for years, why do people have to move close to pubs and clubs and then have the mentality of thinking they can control the area that they live in and start complaining, if you don't like then don't move there.

This is a proper community pub that gives so much. Everyone knows that pubs generate noise- this is usually the sound of people enjoying themselves and the entertainment put on is always good. Plymouth prides itself for encouraging live local music, so why think about taking away something that's enjoyed by so many because of the moaning minority. If they don't like noise then living close to any pub is a stupid choice. Great pub, great people, great food and music - let it be!

Such a shame and surly if you move into a house by a pub you should expect noise

We should be encouraging local businesses like this, not putting stumbling blocks in their way

Look in to the Agent of change legislation that has just been past to stop exactly what is happening to you.
