SAVE THE PLANET SWIM POOL & PROGRAM

Planet Swim is the best swim school around. My son has really progressed in his ability to swim at only the age of 3 and I hope to be able to enroll my younger son once he is a little older.

The staff at Planet Swim offer a tremendous service to our community kids, they have my families full support.

We have taken many lessons from planet swim. This program has made our lives better and safer! I am aware of several clubs and people who use this pool as well – where it has been a great benefit to the community!

In an area full of golf courses, whether “reconfigured” or otherwise, there is no urgent need for yet another "me too" amenity; unless it’s truly only about unfettered greed. Future of any community depends on investing in the wellbeing of the youth. What better way of doing it than investing in a program that encourages team work, physical exercise, healthy competition balanced by camaraderie and discipline for our kids? What will the community gain by having a fancier golf course? Board has to carefully ponder this issue of balancing the commercial reality of new owners having the choice to demolish the pool, lie waste to a wonderful community program for kids and coaches catering to numerous families AND the fact that future of the community belongs to wellbeing of our kids. I strongly urge the board to squash this rather unwise move. Sawgrass will be far poorer a community without this vibrant program that’s been serving the community for several years.

Plant Swim delivers services that make the pool a truly significant and meaningful part the community. Long Live the Oak Bridge Pool!!!!

Planet Swim is wonderful. It would be such a shame for them to have to move out of Sawgrass. The staff and their program's are amazing!

Save Planet Swim! The best program in town and an asset to our community.

We are so upset by this news that we are considering putting our house up for sale and leaving TPC. Planet Swim is an amenity that is massively valuable for families like us with children that love swimming. We hope the Master Board will reconsider and retain Planet Swim. Think about the children!

Save Swim School!

A child drowned in our area last week. We should be building swim programs, not abolishing them! This is Florida! There is water EVERYWHERE!

Please save the pool! My 3rd son should join soon! We've been so impressed by the high quality of the teaching! Planet Swim is a great asset to our community! Thank you!

Please keep planet swim at oakbridge. We just relocated to the area and the lessons have been priceless for our 2yr old.

I think what David Miller is planning is ridiculous. No new garden homes, no new retirement center! Keep and refurbish the 18 holes, build a state of the art pool and tennis facility and you will make Sawgrass Players Club a more desirable place to live and deserving of its association with the Players Championship!

Please, let's keep the Planet Swim pool. A wonderful, dependable facility with a dedicated staff to teach our children and young adults how to be good, competent, and responsible swimmers.

Our family has enjoyed this excellent program- it would be a shame for Ponte Vedra to lose such an strong community establishment.

The board should consider and promote the opportunity to swim locally to help maximize the value of the sawgrass community, we would of considered this when buying our house last year if we were aware at the time of purchase. This is a unique well run organization that you should give consideration to before loosing them to another club.

Please save Planet Swim. The Planet Swim program prevents drownings and saves lives through their instruction. They have been a blessing to my family!

It would be a loss to the community for this pool and the Planrt Swim program to close, I hope they will remain strong and continue to grow.
