I took swim lessons here as a kid and now my kids are taking lessons. I am so sad to hear of it potentially closing. It is a great community resource and should remain available to county residents!

Please keep this pool. I learned to swim there as an adult and it was life changing. They have the best staff and pool. I am forever grateful to Pemberton pool and their staff for giving me this important skill as well as giving me a place to continue to flourish as a swimmer

This pool should remain open as there is no other pool in the area for people to utilize for local swim teams. One pool in the vicinity is just not going to cut it for all the area HS and other places. My kids learned to swim here and they had amazing instructors providing the lessons. They also swam on winter and summer swim teams there for a few years. Keep this pool around!

Save this pool!! To many families need this. Many important programs that teach kids all kinds of valuable lessons. Don't take away the future memories and laughter that help give people a little bit of peace in this not so great world!

Over the many years I have lived in Burlington County the Burlington County pool has provide years of swim lessons for our 3 daughters and an opportunity for them not only to practice but to compete at high school swim meets. No other pool in the county has provided this opportunity for them. All our county high schools use the pool’s facilities to practice and have meets. Without the Burlington County pool at Pemberton our high school students will have no where to go. The County Special Services pool in Westampton is inadequate and the base pool at Fort Dix no longer provides swim lessons, practice times and a competition pool for county residents.
Please keep the pool open for our families and most of all our children. Barbara Biedenbach

The Pemberton campus is a beautiful location, and has over a mile of the Rancocas Creek on one side. Add the campus to the County's Park system.
