The pastures are an integral part of what this land was donated to the state for! Agriculture and the Arabian horse program. Please don't turn cal poly into a concrete school!!

To destroy the pasture lands given by WK Kellogg is disrespectful to his enormous generosity and vision. He granted the land because of the Arabian horse and the need to pass equine programs and agricultural education and appreciation for tomorrow's leaders. Taking away the visual reminder and the practical pasture lands was NOT his vision nor will it make Cal Poly anything more than the same brick and concrete that every other College campus is.

Kellogg granted this land with the proviso that his beloved Arabians be protected and his breeding program continue. promises made need to be kept. The pastures are needed for the horses and housing could be put elsewhere. Look harder for aalternatives.
