Such a shame vandals can ruin such a great place to take those with young children. The Paddocks is a fantastic and unique place to take the family and was always well run and so liked by so many. Let's get the security and funding needed to reopen it would be a sad loss for local families if it can't be done

Spend all my summer here last year. Can't close what a joke! Not a lot of safe places for little ones where mums get a chance to relax in the sun!!

This is outrageous, my kids love it and I did too when I was there age, I could easily say for myself and others the paddocks is our main place of fun on Canvey through the summer. It would be of great shame if this was to be let down.

Loved spending some summer days here with my 4 children little section for everyone the pool the sandpit and swings a real real shame some mindless thugs have ruined it for the rest of us will be a terrible

We need the children paddocks to stay opened in the summer where else is there for the little one to be safe. They love playing in there. My son love it there when he was growing up it should say open .

Where does all our Council Tax Go?
It pays exorbitant expenses to Councillors!!! This should be addressed, when are council cuts going to stop?

I used to love this place when i was younger. Begging to ring the bell at closing time,building the biggest sandcastles and them getting trod on by other children, the ice cream van pulling up outside... It was great! Truly great family times here, such a shame for kids to miss out now due to vandals.
This should definately be saved! No doubt about it. Its a great, safe, protected area for kids and families to spend a day out in the local area without spending a fortune and travelling far!
