Fast forward 58 years, When my father J.F. Qualls passed away he left a very simple will. Long story short I want to purchase the Overbrook and carry on my fathers legacy. I was born in a little house behind the business and began working there when I was 13 when my Grandfather deemed me a natural born mercantile man. After my fathers death A group of investors made an offer to purchase the store unbeknownst to me. At this time I need just about 6 more weeks to secure a loan equal to their offer to purchase my fathers life work. I ask that you join me in asking our honorable judge in Scott County Va to grant me a period of 6 weeks more to secure before mentioned loan.
