Our son has several food allergies. Shopping at this market allows us to find foods that are made fresh by the vendors, who we can actually ask about the ingredients, instead of just hoping that all the ingredients are actually listed on a label. This is a community building event that any neighborhood institutions should be celebrating in and participating with, not competing against.
