The farmers market has become a key community gathering place and source of fresh produce. SI would benefit from working with this local community to maintain the market rather than shutting it down.

I’m a small business owner who relies heavily on outdoor markets for sales. Please keep this market open!

How could this extremely popular market be taken away? Please grant a new permit so that the community can continue to enjoy this lovely addition to the neighborhood.

I am so glad that Angela Petitt has stood up to these bullies! This is a travesty, we should picket in front of the school!!!!

We visit this market easily every month. It’s the best and only one in the neighborhood. I can’t believe you’d be forced to do this by a religious organization.

This market is great. The food and the produce, which I get every Sunday. It’s convenient, close one stop shop. Also the hours work for people. they may have church services and can go after. It’s children friendly and it is all inclusive. I’ve sampled food I thought I’d never try. Please work this out. This place saved my sanity during the pandemic and not working. Gave me something to look forward to

The farmers market is super important to me a sunset resident. Many of us are low income and this is one of ways we can get fresh produce.
