There are so few 'common' community gathering spaces.. the Farmer's Market is afabulous idea to draw folks to the location and increase community engagement!

This location would be a perfect place for summer & winter flea markets, farmers markets, dances, small conventions & a multitute of other uses that I'm sure someone else could dream up.

An open air structure with a roof is a brilliant idea. Great place for the farmers market and will house a number of other venues. This will also bring more visitors to Fenelon Falls and will assist with economic development.

If roof can be saved (if safe) and use as suggested in write up and possibly roller skating too.

Imagine an open air farmer's market in the heart of the village. This sounds like something unique with great potential tourism impact and economic value. If successful it might draw folks from considerable distances as happens in many European and Latin American towns. An open air ice rink in winter would also attract many people to Fenelon Falls and it would be under cover. What could be better?
