I am 100% in favour of preserving this iconic building not only because its one of the only few buildings built during our colonial era but because of its connection to our ancestors fight for independence soifua

We must save our ancestors' histories. They deserve to be known to our future generations through eye to eye and not online or anything. They must stand on their grounds and study face to face.

MANY OF SAMOAS MONUMENTAL, WARS, MEMORABLE, CULTURAL AND HISTORIC EVENTS OCCURED IN THIS BUILDING AND OUTSIDE THIS BUILDING. IT SHOULD BE RENOVATED OR SHOULD BE KEPT SACRED AND ALSO MUST BE PROTECTED AND RESPECTED. THIS PLACE BELONGS THERE AND MUST NEVER BE TOUCHED. IT IS PART OF SAMOAN HISTORY THAT EVEN OUR ANCESTORS WERE THERE TO WITNESS THE BUILDING.

Historical sites are our benefits to the tourist. Tourist is where our big revenue from. Also what call Measina a Samoa are the remaining part of our history that reminds us of our forefathers. Evidence of Samoa been colonised and also evidence of the Germans been the first installer of the Western system in Samoa. Let our history live do not demolish what you call proof to our history. Every time I see this house it reminds me of the beautiful of old days. It has a story. It tells her own story that story tourist are after. Etc

This is a huge part of our precious history we must keep and maintain no matter what. It’s highly valuable not only to Samoans alive and breathing now, but especially the ones to come after us. It is a treasure we must look after.

I've heard a lot about this building. I'm supportive of any cause that protects our countries future generation to be successful. History is important to create that success.
