If the government truly cared for its people of Samoa, it wouldn’t go through with this. What’s the use in helping the economy when it feels like they had to stamp all over our history to get it?

OUR HISTORY AND HERITAGE LIE IN THIS BUILDING. ITS A REMINDER AND EVIDENCE OF WHERE WE CAME FROM AND HOW STRONG WE ARE WHEN OUR NATION COMES TOGETHER.

Build another hotel elsewhere, plenty of land in Samoa but not where a historical landmark stands.
