We all have free will. I myself have heard good and bad about The Offsets, though I have never been there. Regardless, shuting the place down because people get hurt after being warned and signing a waiver, well it just don't make sense.

I think that's stupid any time you go to the river or float trips or any other outdoor activities it's at your own risk what next shut down all the rivers people drown every year it's sad yes but accidents happen and as an adult it's up to you to be responsible

People should be able to enjoy places like this. Maybe regulations on alcohol consumption amounts or types would help, idk. I feel like a few things could be improved upon, but it shouldn't be closed.

I've been going here for years everyone is always friendly and takes care of each other yes cliff diving is dangerous but no one jumps beyond their limits and staff is always readily available to help in any situation

The offsetts should not be forcibly shut down. It is a private business that allowes patrons to enjoy activities at their own risk

When they getting drinking to much or doing drugs or crazy jumping they must leave!!! Take some control!!! This is a nice swimming hole!!!

I support the offsets. Went there for many years growing up, You can get hurt anywhere, but you don’t see them trying to close down other places when someone drowns. Swim at your own risk and be safe, it’s that simple. The offsets has been around for many years and hope it continues to be.

Just because 1 out of 1000 have been hurt does not mean that everyone will get hurt! You sign a waiver before you enter for a reason as well.

Had some great times there when I was younger be a shame to let the small amount of bad stuff that happens there to outweigh the enormous amount of fun from the thousands who have attended!

When you enter you sign a paper.. you are informed of the dangers... it's not a trap.. you sign you know the safety issues.. it's that simple..
