This is a no brainer.. And would be another example of RI political incompetent should the town get their way. Who's guaranteed the work and who's getting the kick backs if the town gets their way?

I grew up at Ocean Mist(Carpenter's Bar, hey I'm getting old!!). it should remain as it always has been, an institution of great food, great music, great fun, and greater people. good luck Kevin

Though I am new to the area the Ocean Mist has played a monumental part in my my life and making Rhode Island feel like my new home. I would be heart broken to see anything happen to it.

Please don't let this iconic South Sounty, Rhode Island establishment be destroyed! The Ocean Mist has been drawing vistors, providing jobs, generating tax revenue, and contributing to the community for over 20 years. Please let them save the Mist and construct the wall.

Every uri student goes there. It's a legend, from ticket Tuesday, wing night and bingo to the breakfast/drink special on Sunday mornings. Love that place!

a private business owner is offer to pay the cost to repair the wall that will save his business as well as several others in the immediate area. This needs to be supported. Let the town use the DOT money for other projects around the town and keep great places like OMist in business!
