Fix the already existing wall!!!! No reason to build a bran new wall when we already have one that just needs a little tlc!

Given that Mr. Finnegan is willing to fund an alternate, and entirely more reasonable solution to the town's concerns, there can be no justifiable reason to radically alter and impair a beach community and its associated businesses that have given so much joy to so many during at least the last three decades.

The Ocean Mist has been in my life for YEARS... it's a great venue for all genres of music and a fun hangout for locals. In the summer it brings many tourists (and their fat wallets) to our little area and during the school year the college kids flock to Matunuck for the food and atmosphere. SAVE IT!! :)

Here RI goes again. Shutting business. This state is shrinking already, by rebuilding a seawall, it is and create a economic disaster. The state can't even control its own budget, we certainly can't control mother nature and the ocean.

Ocean Mist holds too many memories and has too much value for both locals and URI students to just wash it away. The destruction of the beach and Ocean Mist makes no sense considering the road, water main, and people will not be protected. The disadvantages outweigh the advantages in this whole idea. SAVE O-MIST!
