I strongly believe we should save this landmark. I'm sure that if local politicians owned the Ocean Mist or other local businesses that could possibly be affected by construction of a new sea wall, they would find a way to protect their investments. I feel they should have the same concern and spend the same effort for their constituents livelihoods. We'll see if our senators and representatives truly care about the people that vote them in.
