As long as the owner wants to pay for it then let him do it. But making RI. taxpayers pay for it is wrong. That's why you buy flood insur. and if you can't afford it then take your chances or move out.

The Ocean Mist is a unique venue that very much deserves saving.
tax payers should not have to pay for when someone who has a bussiness and is capable and wants to pay to save his bussiness who ia going to profit not the tax payers
