Going to the Ocean mist for over 35 years, and it is always a good restaurant and bar. Good for the communitie around, creates jobs, brings people down to South county.

We have played at the Oceanmist for years and it's a major iconic landmark for the whole community and beyond. To hurt the Oceanmist (when the owner is willing to pay to rebuild the wall himself) is to hurt the entire community and surrounding area. People come from CT, NY, and MA as well to hear good music at the Oceanmist. It's a beacon and it must be saved!

i have been going to the mist, through the past 3 owners and Kevin has done an outstanding job for the past 25 years, I strongly think that the place should stay as it is. And come up with another choice, as to how to build the sea wall or jettyto protect the beach from further storm damage. This is 2014 we have the knowhow

the ocean mist is a rhode island tradition! if we can waste countless hours in the House and Senate debating a State Appetizer (recognized by law - ridiculous) then we should have plenty of time and resources to explore options/alternatives to saving the ocean mist!!
