I am saddened beyond words to hear that the town of South Kingston would even consider anything that would cause the closure of one of the best known and dearly loved locations on the Rhode Island shore. Do NOT let this happen - I stand with all others signing this pertition!

There must be a better way to accomplish this task. I don't think consideration was made for the effects on adjacent or nearby properties with the current short sighted solution. Kevin Finnegan should be allowed to rebuild the current seawall with improvements.
