This is one of the best places on the beach, and the owner is willing to pay the cost to fix the already existing historic wall. Why would you want to put more strain on the people's pockets who are retired, trying to raise a family,and just get by on what they already have to live on. If Mother Nature hits us like Sandy again or even worse, there is no wall going to stop the water. All you will be doing is taking from people who don't have much now. People can't even find work right now,they can't even afford to get health insurance, but let's just tax them when the owner of the Ocean Mist is willing to take care of things himself. Save the Mist and the Historic Wall.
