Please don't take down a beautiful landmark that is a piece of history. We know Johnson City has the money in the budget to fix it up and could benefit from it.

I really hope this works out because it would significantly improve the area and community. Nothing is worse than a wasted space that could be filled with so much talent

Please don't allow this part of history be destroyed. I support saving the historic Oaks Castle for the community: as an arts and technology center, a green space, an events center, and a place where the community can come together to enjoy this beautiful and rare asset to our community. Instead of letting this architectural beauty fall to ruin, let’s make it something we can be proud of, something that can help bring prosperity and quality of life to our community.

Johnson City needs to cultivate it's Art community. Art is an essential part of culture and community. With an active step to support the Arts, I believe Johnson City can not only increase the well-being of their citizens, but they can also create revenue and increase interest in our area.

Historical landmarks are a part of one's city and community heritage and should be restored for their children and their children to enjoy and become life-long learners.
