We need to have beautiful and historic places in our town. Keep it, fix it up and use it for something special, like an Arts Center, instead of spending $20 million on a new one with no historic value at all!!

The Tri-Cities needs a center that focuses on the rich art in this region and brings art to this area that the community would not otherwise get a chance to encounter. So I am very glad to sign this petition.
