Maidencreek township resident. I am so disappointed in this commission and the inability to work out whatever the issue is that is preventing a cohesive relationship. Figure it out and fix this!!

I am a Leesport resident and completely disagree with this decision!!! We have a great police department and we need to keep it the way it is!!!

Back the Blue!!! Disbanding the police department is not a good idea. As a resident in one of the areas in question, I do not want to have to wait for State Police to come if I have an emergency. This is definitely not a good idea!!!!

After watching the last YouTube thing the simple fact is there’s under educated people running that commission and everything has to be looked at and taken to a vote by the taxpayers not three people that think they decide for everybody we put them in that place and they’re obviously failing us now

I don't know the politics behind the decision but I do know 24/7 police coverage is necessary. The visibility and vigilance of our officers has been a definite deterrent of illegal activities. Take that away and I'm afraid to see what will happen to our township.

Back the Blue, Chief Horner and all of Northern Berks has been amazing. They serve & protect and are always willing to help. And if you get rid of them Maidencreek is gonna go downhill. Please dont do this.
