Save my damn police, someone's father, mother son, daughter ect, if we have to resort to waiting on state police or another department, it might be to late until they get here

This PD has been a staple in our community since I’m a child. I feel safe knowing my kids have a PD so close to their school keeping them and many other kids safe. What’s going to happen when there’s an emergency? How long is it going to take for another PD to show up? I live in an area with State Police and I barely ever see them patrolling and calling them for help with anything is a pain because they’re super busy. There’s no reason for fine men to lose their jobs because people on a council suddenly decide they’re not needed anymore!
