We need to know that there is police protection available to all residents when it is needed.

My friend works for stroud area police, we should all know how important it is for these policemen to stay as 1 team, not 3!!!

While my son was going through some dark times, officers from this department were there at a moment’s notice. I shudder to think what could have happened if they weren’t stationed nearby.

I’d like a legitimate reason as to why the northern berks police department is being disbanded.

I’m not a resident of the 3 municipalities. But I am a great supporter of the officers who work there. I’ve worked with them over the past 20 years as a police officer elsewhere in the county. This disbanding action serves no good purpose other then to satisfy the misguided egos of the municipal leaders. This department can still be saved if cooler heads will prevail!
