Would devastate the views and historic feel for many nearby residents, not to mention set an awful precedent. Please, please, no.

Since it is not for the public and only for profit. I say stop it before it takes away every thing good in Boston's harbor area. I work on the water front and enjoy the open spaces surrounding the towers in Boston's buissness district.

Please find me ASAP to assist you on media and other outreach efforts. I have 40.5 years of media experience; 19 in daily / weekly Massachusetts news coverage / photography / videography...
I am an expert in climate change / transportation / evacuation and anti-terrorism. The historic properties are in serious danger of being flooded in six years. Hey, let the hotel be a buffer. Half a joke.
I am a licensed Mass. real estate sales agent / developer who has been blackballed by the wharf real estate agencies because of my media background and concern about global warming. They get interested in me, see my news background and shut the door. They are dinosaurs about to destroy our country's heritage.
This hotel is a PIN PRICK compared to the rising seas. call me at 413-253-4124 mornings and evenings. Then 413-404-5355 at any time. I spend a lot of time with journalist Caryl Rivers in Winthrop, widow of the late and great Boston journalist and slugger for justice like me - ALAN LUPO. He waged a media battle when at the Globe against an elevated roadway to replace the old monster. We are here
Amy Zuckerman
owner/ principal of A - Z International Associates, Amherst, Mass. (Worcester / Boston native)
Founder of HIDDEN TECH - the network to support home-based businesses
Founder of Valleywood (r) Productions, a fundraising production house to raise money for causes such as this through song, dance, readings and film. HAPPENINGS FOR JUSTICE
Founder of The Emerald City Coalition to grow mushrooms in those wharf basements and heirloom tomatoes in the pent houses.
Amy Zuckerman - Activist and one of Abbie Hoffman's biographers - time to get out there and slug - but with fun!! Shame the greedy 1 percent into helping the 99 percent.

The harbor is a vital presence to residents and visitors to the waterfront, and is a vital part of our commerce, recreation and history. Why should we make the harbar an aquatic urban alleyway by erecting yet another barrier building? The Seaport development has done quite enough of that.

This is appalling!! A nightmare for wharf residents, of course, but more importantly a terrible loss to Boston and all its visitor. This has been our historic face to the sea for centuries. If it's lost, we can't get it back. What's the city's role here? We need something to benefit the neighborhood, Boston, and the nation. Where's the vision??!

I completely disagree with this development - we must keep all the historic habor tidelands for the enjoyment of all and not allow an out-of-scale development of this incompatible nature to go ahead.

It would be a hugh mistake to lose this Harbor tideland amenity for a massive development that is completley out of character with this historic residential area.

I am a resident at Lewis Wharf and would be very disappointed if these proposed plans were to be approved. It would ruin everything I love about living here and the entire area would be changed for the worst and lose the charm many appreciate.
Would devastate the views and historic feel for many nearby residents, not to mention set an awful precedent. Please, please, no.
