This is absolutely ridiculous. We can not lose the Austin culture that has made us a destination city. I'm not even a fan of most of the music that goes on at Nook, but this is about principle. The hotel itself would have no business without the city of Austin being the live music capital of the world. It cant move in right next to downtown music scene and then complain about the music. Absolutely ridiculous.

The Nook shouldn't have to deal with a corporate bully when Austin is the Live Music Capitol of the world. Austin is known for its music especially on the 6th street strip and that's one of the main reasons I moved to Austin in the first place...

Keep the live music going, one of the biggest reasons to visit Austin.
