I do not see anything with Braves. It is like the Redskins, that isn’t right, but Braves , nothing wrong with being Brave!!!

I graduated NHS, 1968.. the mascot has been part of the school for decades. As an alum, I say NO ..to changing or eliminating the Brave..

The brave has not been offensive. This is how Newton I’m known. It would be very sad if the brave was taken away. Keep the mascot!!

How is it racist? The team is called, "The Braves". If that is the ridiculous lengths then I demand Hopatcong be changed back to Brooklyn because it's racist.

Once a brave always a brave .Mlb Baseball braves are not changing their name and they are by far a larger media market than we are . If we must change make it simple the Newton Brave and a N as their emblem
