Great idea especially since it already exists.

A theatre in the former Mystic Education Center would be an invaluable asset for the citizens of Groton and Southeastern Connecticut.

We could use some venues for music, live theater; etc.

Although I am not a Groton resident, I do live near the site. This area of CT desperately needs a performing arts site to bring culture to the residents and tourists. I see this site as a real money maker and attracting people from both CT and RI. It is short sighted to not repair this facility.

Although I am not a resident, I have been the conductor of the Mystic River Chorale since 2008.

This theatre should be the home of a new performing arts center that will greatly enhance the culture and quality of life in Groton and the surrounding area!
