Also please Google Legal Name Fraud -- Why? The Legal Name is the allegorical Mark of the Beast. When the legal society members (officials, lawyers, cops judges etc.) come a calling they need you to acquiesce and consent to being a legal name in order to ply jurisdiction over you. Jesus never gave a name to Pilate when asked who he was? Jesus simply answered I am. Remember the Bible verse regarding...... My people suffer because of the lack of knowledge.

It's all in the language of the zoning -- if on 20 acres you are only allowed one residence or dwelling -- what is the definition of residence and dwelling? If it doesn't mention wheels/tires its not a dwelling nor a residence. A house trailer on wheels is not a fixed residence it has no foundation and is not fixed to the land/earth. it then comes under a moving trailer vehicle a completely different concept defined by its moveability so it is not a fixed residence. Ripon Ordinance: 20.04.190 - Dwelling, mobile home. "Mobile home dwelling" means a building transportable in one or more sections, built on a permanent chassis, with a body width exceeding eight feet and a body length exceeding thirty-two feet, designed to be used as a single dwelling, with or without a permanent foundation, when connected to the required utilities. "Double-wide" or "triple-wide mobile home dwelling" means a mobile home consisting, respectively, of two or three sections combined horizontally at the site while still retaining its individual chassis for possible future movement. (Ord. 1127 (part), 1998). Ripon Ordinance: 20.04.190 - Dwelling, mobile home. ....... this definition fails to mention the wheels and tires and if you are not connected to utilities it would not meet their (sic) Deafinitions so the house trailer would be exempt from their rules. I do hope you get a lawyer and challenge this legal nonsense/misunderstanding/their interpretation of language they (City lawyers) created. The language is 18 years old and needs an update and infringes on human rights and that is the right/rite to live in peace without having some city lawyer telling land owners what to do --- especially when the landowner has given thousands of dollars in property taxes that have benefited the community. Do you have a FaceBook page on this challenge

I find it ironic that the Town Board is so intent on enforcing this ordinance when in the past I struggled with the Board to enforce the Town ordinance regarding garages

Please extend the deadline so that the tiny house owners can work with you to either get a variance or change the ordinances.

Government, local state and fed, need less of the nose in the way we wish to live (when we are bettering our selves, our communities and our environment) and worry more about what THEY are doing and why.

Please consider better options than eviction. Grant a variant and allow the Smith family and their home to remain on the property until a solution is reached. Thank you Jon Breuninger

Love your home. My husband and I have been interested in living in a similar way with our child and soon to be. People should have the freedom to live the way they want, especially since nothing is in harm. I will sign this petition a thousand times if I could. Plenty of benefits for the environment, less of a footprint and teaching your children that life is not about material. God bless you and your family and we are in agreement to your way of living!

In my opinion, you should be able to put a tiny home wherever you like. They are socially and environmentally responsible. Living within your means and "living tiny to live large!" Good luck Jess and Adam!!
