The time is now for the evaluation and acceptance of THOW as a permanent housing structure. Square footage should not be a limiting factor nor should wheels.

The Town of Ripon can become an innovative leader and allow this beautiful example of affordable housing to exist where it is located. To not do so will cast a shadow over Ripon's future opportunities to attract young, vibrant people with money to spend in our local economy. Gotta spread the love- not divisiveness!
