The home and yard look well taken care of. If the land owner is good with it, why are the controlling board members of Ripon getting their noses out of joint? Good Luck, Mustard Seed Tiny House!

It's really sad to hear that a town I love to shop in is doing this, my prayers are with you.

Love the Tiny House! If one is legally parked on private property, WHY would they be EVICTED unless the agreement changed between private individuals? Not a legal trend to be remembered for. Urging Town of Ripon to be a leader for Freedom in America; not making decisions based on GREED!

Let them stay, a fine young family pioneer ing a new way of life in Ripon. This home has been built with love, sweat and I am sure tears after the eviction notice.

Becoming a member of the tiny house movement is lifestyle change to be commended and applauded not mired down with an abundance of bureaucratic red tape. It's okay to color outside the lines.

Please consider a conditional use permit for this family. I understand there is an ordinance against it but if the township took the time to look at this tiny house and where and how it is placed I believe they would see it probably is not breaking the intent of the ordinance which I assume is to protect neighboring properties.

Moveable structure can be parked anywhere you want at any time. There is no foundation.

It should stay and Ripon should clean up and tear down the crap that needs to be done and let this family be.
