Tiny house is better for environment than traditional homes. Not allowing tiny homes make no sense. Tiny homes also present a cleaner curb appeal. I believe any purchased land should be allowed to do whatever they wish including have MANY TINY HOMES!

20 acres is a lot of land to have for one house. In parts of Massachusetts that could easily accommodatele up to 40 homes. Although that would not be my wish for this pristine area. If their friends are willing to allow them to live on their property in a tiny house, it should be allowed since they pay taxes as well as contribute to the local community and economy. I'd rather have a nice tiny house next to or down the street from me rather than an old run down mobile home or a shack. Last time I checked we still lived I a Free Country. It's a shame that community leaders cannot be forward thinking, or offer solutions to this family.

Hopefully a solution can be reached so both sides are happy. Tiny houses allow more people to own their own home, and in doing so, the people can contribute more to the community in which they live, SO In working together everyone wins.

Been wanting to move in to a tiny house. Been looking at land. Now I know to look at all laws.

I think the tiny house movement will became more popular as young families struggle to raise a deposit for a home while renting.

Money hungry people is all they are, just mad becuz they what more money is all ,,

this is a rediculous thing the city is doing. they arent hurting anyone - its not like its 2 houses on one tiny lot. doesnt ripon have anything better to go after??

Love the tiny house movement. Would like to live in one myself. 20 acres is a huge lot. Obviously the city doesn't endorse tiny houses and that tells me I should not be supporting local businesses.

Let people live their own lives without property/housing laws on private property.

There is no good reason to cause a family that is working and trying to survive to be homeless. This is not harming anyone, but it is giving your city a bad name.

Let people be. You already make money from the property owner. It's not fair you decided it bugs "you". Be an American. Not a jerk.

Government is for the people, not to rule the people; especially for people still accepting to play ball and pay taxes.

I though this was the land of the free? Where all your dreams come true! Who cares how big ones home is its whats in it that matters FAMILY!

Please get with the modern age and allow them to continue living in their tiny house. It's the way things are going.

Ripon should embrace the future that America was founded by pioneers with thoughts of a place to call their own.
