We need sustainable housing solutions like this to ensure all Americans have a safe place to call home.

What are you afraid of? The slaves are given their freedom, again? The citizens of the United States of America have property rights embedded into the Constitution.

It's time the local officials recognize they work FOR the people!
Knock off the ignorant laws that create havoc on good people!
Don't you morons have better things to do?!
Change your silly ordinance to reflect Tiny House permits!! How hard is that?!

Oh, for Pete’s sake, leave these people alone. They are law-abiding citizens and have the landowners permission to be there. Town of Ripon just wants to be right, not do the right thing. Pitiful power play

I stand behind these folks as tiny homes offer an alternative way of living to people that may not have the option to buy a traditional home or rent an apartment. The tiny home movement is a great change and I have seen good things with the tiny homes. They look great as well. Let them stay. It is the right of the land owner, not the government if they choose to rent out their property.

I believe that they should be able to stay. They are clearly trying to obey the law but want a simpler lifestyle.

This is America, home of the free. American's should be able to live in a tiny house. The government should applaud this and help people so they don't end up homeless. If the house meets safety standards there should be no problem.

All of us should have the right to live how we want to live weather is small or big or how ever our possibilities would allow us, so we can focus on what's important....People. Peace!

More people in houses than apartments makes for a more stable community. As long as they maintain their property and pay property taxes, tiny houses should be allowed. And after all, this is a 20 acre property!

What about buying the small piece of property your home sits on? Would that help everyone relax and enjoy what you've added to the community?
