I urge the city of Largo to deny the reasoning

I don't understand why the city wants to do this. So many of us enjoy the facility for more than just the driving range. I practice there and also take my grandchildren to play miniature golf and to use the batting cages. Lease don't take all of this fun away from us. There is no other place like it in our town.

This driving range is a very important community recreation asset that needs to preserved for the current and future populations and visitors to the area. To rezone recreational land to commercial land would be a huge loss and one that will never be recovered. Unless there are plans for another comparable driving range planned for the area, I urge the city not to vote in favour of the rezoning.

Too many gas stations, not enough empty space

Seems tragic and greedy to me to tear down a wholesome form of entertainment and recreation that already exists in such limited amounts in order to put up a gas station.

My first reaction to this was of course save the driving range .However if thw owners are selling for retirement purposes or if its become non profitable then so be it.

Please don't close this driving range. Many of us not only use the driving range but enjoy the batting cages (which there are few of them around!) and mini golf. Plus I always get my icecream there. There is so many gas stations! but not many affordable places for families to go (especially in this economy). Keep it for families. Linda Blanar

I take my family to Missing Links often. Some of our favorite memories are a round of mini golf followed by an ice cream cone. There's community value in that.

Missing Links is an important part of Largo and there is no other public driving range or mini golf in the area. Who needs another gas station??

We have enough gas stations but not enough driving ranges in this county.

We have plenty of gas stations. There is one right across the street. There is not another golf facility like this on in all of Largo. The world needs more golf and fewer gas stations.
