The theatre program has been something that I look forward to doing every year. A lot of times rehearsal is the only thing that gets me out of bed for school in the morning. This middle school show gave me high school mentors and friends when I was in middle school, and now has given me middle schoolers to mentor and be there for unlike any other program allows. The high school and middle school show both teach very important lessons which would be lost if we combined the show or cut the middle school one. The high school teaches maturity, responsibility, and commitment. The middle school teaches discipline, (for the hs show) self-control, and both shows teach us about friendship and family. The HS musical theatre class has taught me so much about producing a play, trying to make it the best it can be, and about being an example and giving 100% even when I'm tired and don't feel like it.
Please, please, please don't take part of our family away. Even combining the shows will take away the experience that the separate two shows both teach.

I think the middle school theater should continue because it’s an experience that helps a lot of middle schoolers

Keep the middle school show going! This is my first year and I know that it hasn’t just meant a lot to me but everybody.
