Born and raised on the lower East Side, the "Viaduct" was our route to all points south. As a former teacher at East, I saw it used daily!!

I live on the East side of town. I know that children and adults would be endangered if the Mcbride viaduct were to be demolished.

The McBride Viaduct is a valuable transportation route for pedestrians, children, and the handicapped. Relegating them to a toxins on a Highway is not reasonable when there is a clear alternative that takes into consideration the most important facet. Health and Safety. It is good for the whole to stop demolition on the McBride Viaduct.

There are safety and health issues if the pedestrians/bikers/handicapped are relegated to the Bayfront Highway. The letters within the petition cover the issues and please feel free to share to care for the health and safety of the residents who rely on this important route of transportation for them.
