Please save the pool. When the YMCA was built we waited for an outside pool. We were told it was going to be in closed. Now they are closing the pool. Very sad even that the YMCA can break promises.

I agree! Save the pool. It is a great place for kids to learn in the summer. And I heard that the Y was putting in pickle ball courts in Downingtingtown for $59/month which makes much more sense.

Your job is to make things work not drop services. Get on it.

The kids in the area need a community pool. Please do not replace with pickle ball courts.

Not everyone wants to play pickleball. But a good swimming pool provides healthy activity for kids and adults alike. Keep the pool!

Why not have a Fund to Cause event to raise money for the repairs. Kids and adults need a place to go in the summer, to have fun.

I support the repairs needed for the pool as a community member that recognizes this valuable asset for families.

The pool is a nice for senior citizens to get out of the AC and cool off and get some sun, much needed vitamin D.

The YMCA serving families should be a priority over adults. All ages enjoy the pool. Toddlers to seniors. That same age range does not play pickle ball !

I'm a new member as of 2022 and l was so excited to have a pool close by. I'm so disappointed. Please keep it open! Not everyone plays pickleball, it's the latest fad. Families will always want to use pools.

Families don’t need pickle ball! They need access to an affordable pool.
