On February 3 Lambeth council announced that they have cancelled the Lambeth Country Show this year.
The free show saw people from across London descend on Brockwell Park every July to a unique mix of sheep shearing, jerk chicken, vegetable sculpting and a lot of Chucklehead cider.

This petition calls on Lambeth council to reinstate the Lambeth Country Show for 2012, by rearranging the date so it is not affected by the Olympic Games.
