The administration has responded to the volume of this petition by agreeing to a meeting with our representation committee. We are currently preparing documentation regarding the lack of alternative placements for affected students to present during those talks.

No consideration has been given to these children in Year 11, who have already had their sixth form open evening and have decided their future education to be Kingsway Academy, there has been no prior warning and I would urge you to reconsider this untimely awful decision.
disgusting behaviour by the managerial staff. Trying to wipe over the decision by saying it helps the lower years when it is clearly a financial decision. This could affect many students progression in not only studies over the next few years but employment in their early 20's. My advice to all students is to seek compensation directly from the school.
disgraceful my children are in year 12 I feel that they like the 11 students don't matter you if you could get rid of the coming year 13 students I think you would . what about the staff Mrs Edwards is wonderful head of 6th form is her and her support staff jobs safe I doubt it !!
Was planning to go to the sixth form and had put no more applications in as kingsway accepted me and to tell us it is not going to happen is a utter JOKE !!
what they are doing is appalling. I would like to know if it would be possible to take legal action. Does anyone know if this is possible? This year 11 have had to put up with so much an example of this is 6 English teachers!
I had an amazing time in sixth form. Great learning and lots of fun.

my son was encouraged not to go to collage and told the drop out rate for this area for reaseheath is 75 percent. This is not true as we found out at college meeting. encouraging my son to try and stay on at 6th form with nothing to offer in his chosen profession. now we are told no 6th form. messing with our children's future
