Young Orca whales, or more commonly called killer whales, are taken occasionally by the Sea World corporation from their mothers in the wildlife to use as revenue whether it be breeding or shows. I as well as others would like to stop the collecting of the young Orcas across the nation in international waters. I understand it still won't help the whales who are captive in Sea World parks but it's a start! The state of Washington has banned Orca capture in it's waters, now lets see who's willing too comply!
